The 2020 Yarden Rosé presents an aromatic mix of strawberry, sour cherry, raspberry and watermelon fruit notes, along with characters of flowers, lemongrass, lime zest and mineral. With medium body, this rosé is dry and refreshing.
Yarden Rosé is best enjoyed within a few years from harvest.
Yarden Rosé is made completely from Tinta Cao grapes grown in Geshur Vineyard in the southern Golan Heights. Through experimentation, we found the Tinta Cao variety to be especially well suited for producing an alluring rosé wine. The fruit was hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed, resulting in the wine’s delicate rosé color and fresh aromatics. The 2019 Yarden Rosé is the first release of this wine.
