Dry Red Wine
Mount Hermon Indigo 2017 is sweetness dry red wine composed of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and a boat (also known as Shiraz) (50%) that all harvested in the vineyards in the cool Golan Heights. The combination of these two classic varieties gives wine the indigo color (deep blue) and hence its name. The wine ended with an aloelectic fermentation and a non sterile filtration.
The wine reveals aromas of raspberry and black cherry, characteristics of anise seeds, cocoa and hints of flowers and earth. The wine is medium-bodied and combines a wonderful taste with a light drinking experience.
Mount Hermon Indigo 2017 is ready for drinking now, and under proper conditions you can enjoy it for up to three years from the vintage.
The wine will blend nicely with lamb ribs on the grill, crispy pizza, or grilled mushrooms with garlic and parmesan.
