The Heightswine by Yarden is an Israeli sweet wine from frozen Gewurztraminer grapes, late harvested in the Golan Heights in winter when the climate is -17°C. Vinification- Soft pressing of the frozen grapes and slow fermentation for several months in small oak barrels
Aging- Some months in small oak barrels
Additional notes – Contains sulfites
