This single-vineyard Cabernet is rich and ripe, displaying concentrated flavor with a lingering and tasty finish.  It presents intense aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries, earth, pipe tobacco and cedar, with light notes of juniper.
Best enjoyed with:  grilled porterhouse steaks, roasted rack of lamb, or a mature Gruyere
