WINEMAKING: The hand-picked grapes were harvested in the early hours of the morning, towards the end of the harvest season. The initial fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, at a temperature of 22-28°C (78-82°F) for 15 days, continuing its second fermentation in 300-liter oak barrels for an additional four months.
 
Pinot Noir is a gentle and elegant variety that combines aromatic flavors with refinement. This wine carries substantial aromas of ripe berries, cherries, plums and mocha coffee beans, which have been aged in French oak barrels. A velvety texture provides a perfect balance between nose and palate. You can enjoy this wine by itself or as an accompaniment to an elegant meal.
