The Ruby is an impressive wine that displays a classic Syrah nature and Old World style, with rich and fresh elements in equilibrium. Viognier subtly penetrates to ferment with the Syrah, infusing a complex intensity of flavor and color.  It carried an amazing concentration balanced with some lively acidity and has generous body and structure balanced out by notes of spice.  The wine will continue to develop depth and complexity for 5 to 8 years after its vintage date.
