Legacy Petit Verdot originates from three selected vineyards: Karmei Yosef, Mitzpe Ramon and Ayalon Valley.  Those vineyards are characterized by slow ripening, low growth intensity and moderate temperature.  Those characteristics ensure flavor concentration and full harmony. The wine, which matured in new French oak barrels for 18 months.  Following this maturation period, the wine was bottled and continued to mature for 10 additional months in the winery cellar prior to its market release.  The wine has deep, mysterious, dark shade and has a black plum aroma which combines well with its wooden flavors.  The wine texture is almost chewable and it leaves a long-lasting flavor on the palate.
