For Rosh Hashanah, Carmel Wineries is expanding the SELECTED series with 'Israeli red' wine - a new red blend that has been specially adapted to Israeli taste. To find the wine that suits the Israeli taste, the winemakers of Carmel Wineries, led by chief winemaker Yiftach Peretz, developed four red blends - and passed them a taste test in 100 red wine lovers between the ages of 25 and 65, who drink at least once every two months.
