Made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
Rich aromas and flavors of red and black fruits, cherries, black berries and cassis, accompanied by bitter sweet chocolate, espresso and vanilla. The full bodied wine has a velvety structure, ripe tannins and supporting acidity, all coming together to a long and pleasant finish.
Harvested from a few Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards located on the peaks of the Central Mountain region north of Jerusalem. Each plot was harvested at optimum ripeness, macerated separately, aged for six months in French oak barrels. Then a blend was made of the different components and the wine was returned to the barrels for another six months for maximum integration of the vineyard components forming a harmonious wine.
