The coin depicted on the front comes from the period of the Great Revolt (66-73) CE. The coin was discovered while digging out a cave which would become the winery's barrel aging room. EDOM is Psagot Winery's flagship red featuring a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (42%), Merlot (45%) and Petite Verdot (13%). This full bodied wine was aged for 14months in French Oak Barrels. Psagot's M-series EDOM strives to supply a mevushal wine with the same quality you have come to demand from all of Psagot's EDOM wines. We accomplish this by using hi-tech flas pasteurization and rapid cooling technologies so that the flavors and aromas remain untouched.
