Type of soil: Grapes are harvested from our vineyards in Mata village in the southern Judean mountains.
Barrel aging: Aged for 12 months in French wood barrels.
Vineyards: Made of 100% Cabernet Franc grapes.
Manual harvest: Cabernet Franc grapes are manually harvested at dawn and undergo careful inspection.
 
Cabernet Franc is a unique wine made from grapes grown in the southern Judean mountains. This elegant wine as bright tones of red fruit, hints of pepper, a medium body, a healthy tartness, and a refreshing bouquet.
