Mount Hermon Rose is made from Strah, Tinta Cao and Tempranillo grapes, all grown in the high altitude, volcanic soil and cold climate unique to the Golan Heights. The wine displays fresh rasberry and strawberry notes with overtones of red grapefruit all wrapped in nuances of fresh flowers and spice.
