The wine is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes from selected vineyards in the Galilee and the Judean Hills. Chardonnay, originating from the Bourgogne region in France, produces the best white wines in the world. Chardonnay has adapted well in Israel and grows in a temperate and dry climate that prevents diseases in this sensitive grape variety.
The Chardonnay is a sharp and aromatic white wine. It is fermented only in stainless steel tanks, without wooden contact, to preserve the characteristic aromas of the variety: green apple, pear and grapefruit. The wine is dry and has a refreshing and pleasant acidity balanced by the ripe fruit. The harmonious wine has a light body with a balanced and pleasant finish.
