This Cabernet Sauvignon captures the essence of grapes grown at the lofty altitude of 900 meters in the unique, cool climate of the Gush Etzion region. For 19 months, the wine matures in oak barrels until attaining a flavor that is, at the same time, complex and elegant, with fragrances of cassis and berries.
