The grapes were hand -harvested from specific plots in the Judean Hills region.  The difference in temperature  between day and night assists in the cultivationof grapes, whihc possess cassis and cranberry aromas, with noticeable, long-lasting tannins. 
This fruity wine with aromatic scents of pineapple, litchi, white peach, passion fruit and jasmine.
Recommended wine accompaniment is salmon, tuna and cheeses.  Best serving temperature chilled 8-10 C
