Dry Red Wine

The wine was produced entirely in stainless steel vats.  During the three months production process, the wine was alcoholically fermented for a period of ten days at a temperature of 22-28 C, prior to a malolactic fermentation at 15-22 C.

This young, fruity red wine is our winerys house wine and displays fresh strawberry aromas with a hint of herbs.
