This mesmerizing wine features Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a touch of Petit Verdot and Syrah. Vineyards in the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee regions each lend the best of their unique climate and soil characteristics to create the slow dance of flavors abounding in this wine. Meticulous winemaking and lengthy aging in the finest barrels combine to produce Binyamina’s crown jewel.
The mingling of an unconventional blend of varieties results in a lively red-black ruby color and an aroma that begins with black cherry, cassis, white pepper and coffee and continues with nuances of earth, herbs and smoked meat. The palate reveals a full-bodied, rich, balanced and elegant wine, with a long, complex finish distinctly reminiscent of the old world.
