This wine is produced entirely from Shiraz grapes from vineyards in the Golan Heights and the Galilee. A full and balanced wine with presence and power.
The Binyamina Moshava Shiraz is deep garnet in color, with on the nose blackberries, ripe strawberries, plums, as well as a touch of smoke. This wine is medium-bodied, fruit-forward yet moderately ripe black and red fruit, a touch of cured meat on the mid-palate, with hints of black pepper, medium acidity and soft tannins on a balanced and moderately long finish.
