Yad Mordechai balsamic vinegar is of a quality grade of 3 grapes, a grade that indicates a sweet and harmonious taste and a medium-high density of the vinegar. Especially suitable for seasoning carpaccio, salmon, chicken, fresh vegetables, as a base for baked vegetables and for enriching meat sauces.
